Menu:
Mexican Street Corn Riblets - I’ll show you how to easily de-husk fresh corn without picking each and every silk off. Then we’ll make these full of flavor riblets. Make sure you have a VERY sharp chef’s knife for this!
Battered BBQ Cauli - This will include making a super yummy spicy BBQ sauce (you control the heat), and you’ll be provided with 2 ranch dipping sauce recipes. (I will make one in class).
BONUS RECIPE: Some members have inquired about a lower sodium soy sauce and that is included in these recipes as well.
