The Authority on Plant-Based Cooking and Education

Welcome to the Center for Plant-Based Living, founded by Caryn Dugan, a cancer survivor who once loved Velveeta and fried bologna. She was also once frustrated and overwhelmed with healthy eating. Her experience might mirror your own.

Where do I start?

I don’t have the time.

I’m not making separate meals.

We understand it, and that’s why we are here. Caryn’s company, St. Louis Veg Girl has presented alongside medical experts, authors and instructors in the field of nutrition science and health for over ten years, yet there was no single source for easy learning. The Center for Plant-Based Living is a continuation of Caryn’s dedication. We are your virtual resource to make easy, quick and healthy meals that can reverse disease, help you lose weight or improve your overall health. Join us today!

We hope you enjoy these videos that really tell the story about the Center for Plant-based Living.

As of July 2024 we have transitioned to a fully virtual platform. Our membership is thriving (and getting a makeover!). Please watch for our new services and don’t forget to subscribe to The Doc & Chef YouTube series where we marry nutrition science to your plate of food!
