Caryn will build a heart healthy and incredibly delicious lentil Bolonese sauce for your pasta to soak up! You can choose to use any pasta you like; she will be using Banza chickpea linguini. 🍝
Caryn will also be adding some spiralized squash to the recipe, this too is optional. If you choose to add those and need a spiralizer, this one is great and it won’t break the bank.
