Warm up this January with our Plant-based Pozole, a vibrant and smoky plant-based twist on a classic Mexican favorite, featuring Butler soy curls.

You'll also learn how to:

  • make your own plant-based sour cream

  • explore oil-free cooking techniques

  • dive into flavor-building

  • and so much more!

Register and even cook along with us if you'd like—by the end of class, your dinner will be ready. Chef Caryn and Dr. Jim Loomis will guide you through building your meal and understanding the nutritional benefits behind it. Don't miss out! This class is gluten-free.

Important stuff:

Recipes will be sent out on January 19th via email so that you have enough time to shop for the recipes if you’d like to cook with us. Most items should be found in most grocery stores, however, here are a few things you may need to order:

Canned hominy (will need 2 cans)

Butler Soy Curls (will need 1/2 of one bag) or their website

Dried chilies (you also might want to get hotter chilies if you can take the heat!)

The Zoom link to attend class will be sent 30 minutes before class begins.
