PLANT-BASED POZOLE CLASS

Warm up this January with our Plant-based Pozole, a vibrant and smoky plant-based twist on a classic Mexican favorite, featuring Butler soy curls.

You'll also learn how to:

Important stuff:

Recipes will be sent out on January 19th via email so that you have enough time to shop for the recipes if you’d like to cook with us. Most items should be found in most grocery stores, however, here are a few things you may need to order:

Canned hominy (will need 2 cans)

Butler Soy Curls (will need 1/2 of one bag) or their website

Guajillo Chiles Peppers

Dried Ancho Chiles Peppers
