Cajun Banana Blossom "Fish" Tacos and the Best Cucumber Salad!

Spring is almost here and it’s time to lighten up those meals, but, of course keep all that robust flavor! You’ll love this brand new Cajun “fish” taco complete with pickled red cabbage slaw and lime crema! The cucumber salad is from a new chef friend of mine and she calls it the best cucumber salad she’s ever had and I will very much agree!

What you will learn:

  • How to season and cook banana blossoms (our “fish”)

  • How to make a quick pickled red cabbage slaw

  • How to make a lime crema

  • How to make Sara’s Best Cucumber Salad

As a member, you do not need to register for this. I will get the recipes out to you this week before class if you choose to cook with me. The Zoom link to join class will be sent to all members 30 minutes before we begin.
