First, we’ll roast up Smoky Maple Brussels and Tofu Skewers, a pretty skewer that’s perfect for any holiday spread. Then, we’ll create bite-sized Savory Wellington Tapas, a modern twist on a classic favorite, served on hearty whole-grain crackers. MEXICAN STREET CORN RIBS & BATTERED BBQ CAULIFLOWER

I’m so excited for this one! These are some summer grilling (or baked) favorites and, yes, you can take these to the grill if you like!

Menu:

Mexican Street Corn Riblets - I’ll show you how to easily de-husk fresh corn without picking each and every silk off. Then we’ll make these full of flavor riblets. Make sure you have a VERY sharp chef’s knife for this!

Battered BBQ Cauli - This will include making a super yummy spicy BBQ sauce (you control the heat), and you’ll be provided with 2 ranch dipping sauce recipes. (I will make one in class).

BONUS RECIPE: Some members have inquired about a lower sodium soy sauce and that is included in these recipes as well.

This gluten-free slippery little paper will hold together some delicious flavor combinations in our next class with both The Doc and Chef! Heck, we’ll even make “bacon” out of it!

Head’s up! All ingredients should be simple to source in most grocery stores, but if you have a hard time finding rice paper, this is one that I use and like. I recommend purchasing early to have in time for class.
