Warm up this January with our Plant-based Pozole, a vibrant and smoky plant-based twist on a classic Mexican favorite, featuring Butler soy curls.

    Chef Caryn and Dr. Jim Loomis will guide you through building your meal and understanding the nutritional benefits behind it. Don't miss out! This class is gluten-free.

No need to register for this class as it is included in your membership. Yay!

Recipes will be sent out in your library soon; I’ll send you an email once they have been uploaded. Most items should be found in most grocery stores, however, here are a few things you may need to order:

Canned hominy (will need 2 cans)

Butler Soy Curls (will need 1/2 of one bag) or, their website

Dried chilies (you also might want to get hotter chilies if you can take the heat!)
