Welcome to this holiday-themed cooking class! Tonight, we’re diving into three plant-based recipes that will bring elegance, flavor, and a touch of festive flair to your celebrations. First, we’ll roast up Smoky Maple Brussels and Tofu Skewers, a pretty skewer that’s perfect for any holiday spread. Then, we’ll create bite-sized Savory Wellington Tapas, a modern twist on a classic favorite, served on hearty whole-grain crackers. Finally, we’ll add a show-stopping touch to your drinks with Holiday Ice, beautifully infused cubes that transform any beverage into a seasonal masterpiece. Let’s get cooking and make this season as delicious as it is festive!
