We’re switching things up a little this month and holding the monthly class on a Sunday for a Fun Sunday Night Dinner! We’ll start a little earlier so that you can still have a little weekend left after we wrap up.

Thai Chickpea and Squash Soup with home made panang paste
You might want to supplement with some bread, naan, or rice is you wish. The panang will take some time to grind down, so this will be out third recipe for class. You are welcomed to purchase it if there is a brand you enjoy, but making your own and understanding how this comes together is really pretty neat.
