In this Group Support Call, Dr. Loomis talked about stress and how our bodies have really not evolved too much over the 100’s of years and that stress eating is normal. It’s up to us what types of food we eat while stressed to not harm ourselves.

He also briefly talked about movement and how yoga is a great exercise for stress.

Following that, we looked at Consumer Lab and this is a GREAT resource to look at supplements.
